ELECTION OF OFFICERS & COMMITTEE AND ITEMS FOR THE AGENDA

The posts of PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT and 4 committee posts become vacant at this AGM. Nominations for these posts are requested. Nominations to be with the Secretary, duly proposed and seconded, no later than 35 days before the AGM (15th February 2026) and Agenda Items 21 days before the due date (1^st  March 2026).  

Officers and Committee re-standing for election do not need to be proposed or seconded.
