Jones’s – Clanwillow The Emerald King
Minor Puppy Dog
1. Ellrich’s – Malrich Hendricks – 7-month-old, dark eye and sweet expression, good length of leathers reaching just beyond the tip of nose. Long neck into good lay of shoulders, would prefer more length of body. Good rear angulation and liked his topline which held level on the move. Great knuckled feet. Will watch his progress with interest.
Puppy Dog
1. Jones’s – Clanwillow The Emerald King - BP – 10 month old red and white, what a lovely young puppy. Masculine head, good depth of muzzle, super curl and length of leathers and liked his calm expression. Good length of neck and prominent forechest, good lay of shoulder and length of body, liked his rear angulation too. Moved with drive. Another one to watch in the future.
2. Lesiakowski’s – Roamanbay Raging Inferno At Brettchis – 11 month old hound of substance, dark eye, correct ear set and curl of leathers, long neck into good lay of shoulder, would like more rear angulation. I feel he would benefit from perhaps not being so heavy.
3. Ingram's- Dalpatrick Buffalo
Junior Dog
1. Gray’s – Quantas – Napoca Olaf – RBD – 16 month old broken tri. Liked his depth of muzzle, dark eye and expression. Lovely length of leathers with curl and nice texture reaching past tip of nose, very happy and moved with drive freely around the ring. Good length of rib and rear angulation with level topline which he held on the move.-
RBD
Novice Dog
1. Beale’s – Woferlow Victorzsasz – A lovely tri colour hound, lovely masculine head, good depth of muzzle and good reach of neck into prominent forechest. Good lay of shoulder and I like his rear angulation and big knuckled feet. A well put together hound. Not his happiest in the ring but once he settled he moved well
Post Graduate Dog
1. Jones’s – Clanwillow Diamond Miracle – 20 month old red and white. Lovely head, would like a tighter eye, good curl of leathers and great knuckled feet, lovely length of neck into good lay of shoulders, good rear angulation and held level topline on the move and moved out well with drive.
2. Freudenreich’s – Lockolea Rocket Man – Really lovely masculine head and super expression. Lovely depth of muzzle, liked his length of curling leathers and lovely soft texture, a good forechest, and muscled hindquarters, today I thought his topline was rising on the move
Limit Dog
1. Watkins’s – Blackvein Code Breaker – A real hound of substance, probably too much with the requirements today, but I do like him. Big knuckled feet, masculine head with super depth of muzzle and length and curl of leathers are great. Good length of neck into good shoulder placement and length of body. He moved around the ring with drive, I would prefer a little more forechest.
2. Shadbolt’s – Sedona’s Ambassador of Akura – A happy hound in the ring today. Lovely masculine head although would like more curl of leathers, and a little more forechest, good length of body.
3. Lane’s – Lanebern My Hearts on Fire
Open Dog
1st Woodworth’s – Ch Armardio Firestarter – BD – Another hound of substance, handsome masculine head, leathers low set and of correct length and curling inwards reaching past tip of nose A little stuffy in neck but an ample prominent forechest, Excellent bone and good spring of rib lovely knuckled feet, level topline which he held on the move and having good drive.
2. Archer’s – Roamanbay Reddy to Rumble – Another lovely hound with a super masculine head and good depth of muzzle, lovely eye shape but for me would prefer it slightly darker. Lovely long curling leathers. Good length of neck and good strong forechest, good ribcage and length of body. Moved well.
3. Newman’s – Woferlow Kylo Ren
Veteran Dog
1. Newman’s – Ch Woferlow Kayne West –
BVIB – Handsome black blanket with super head and expression, lovely dark eye, good length of neck and shoulder placement, liked his depth and length of ribs, level topline which he held on the move, tight knuckled feet.
2. Gwyer’s – Kortebin Dwarf King – What a happy hound, super masculine head, good eye and depth of muzzle, ears set low and of good length reaching past tip of nose, well muscled hindquarters and he moved around the ring with ease.
Minor Puppy Bitch
1. Johnson’s – Burnvale Black Diamond – RBPIS – Black blanket bitch, lovely feminine head, with a super expression, ears set low and leathers long and curling, with a velvety texture. Prominent forechest, good length of neck and ribs and liked her rear angulation, she was quite exuberant on the move, really enjoying her day.
2. Ellrich’s – Malrich Mary Le Bone – Lovely dark eye and beautiful expression, super long curling leathers which were low set, good length of neck into correct shoulder placement, would like more bend of stifle. Good neat feet and moved around the ring with ease although not holding a level topline.
3. Newman’s – Harvidene Moonstone
Puppy Bitch
Lovely red blanket with beautiful soft expression, super head, clean eye and low set leathers just giving her a very lovely look. Good front construction with prominent forechest, nice knuckled feet. Rear angulation could be slightly better as today, as she was standing she was rising on the rear but she moved well.
2. Shadbolt’s – Dalpatrick Kaydee – Sweet red and white, beautiful head and expression. Prominent forechest. Ribs well sprung, would like more bend of stifle. Carrying a little too much weight today which I feel hampered her movement.
Junior Bitch
1. Barbrooke’s – Lagniappe Time to Shine – Red and white with lovely dark eye. Correct ear set and length of leathers. Good prominent forechest, would like more length of neck, good length of rib and well sprung. Good rear angulation, super level topline on the move and moved out with drive. Needs more practice, and do practice, lovely hound with some wins to be had, I’m sure.
2. Woodworth’s – Roamanbay Relight My Fire at Woodrich – A beautiful hound of substance. Lovely dark eye and good length of leathers which are low set. Good prominent forechest and lay of shoulders, would prefer more rear angulation, her topline was rising on the stack but she moved well.
3. McLean’s – Switherland Gabriella at Stookewood
Novice Bitch
1. Johnson’s – Burnvale Queen of Diamonds JW – Red and white 8 ½ month old with beautiful head and expression. Leathers long and curling, feet need to tighten, prominent forechest long neck into good shoulder placement, good length of rib and good rear angulation, very much a baby who gave her handler a difficult time, her movement at times was difficult to assess.
2. Hampton’s – Bassjobassetdodo at Bromwylva – another hound of substance but I feel she would benefit from reducing her weight a little, nice shape of eye and good length and curl of leathers which were correctly low set, prominent forechest and good length of rib, would prefer more rear angulation however her topline was level on the stack and moving. Keep practicing.
Post Graduate Bitch
1. McLean’s – Switherland Final Chase at Stookewood – Beautiful red and white with a super feminine head and lovely length and curl of leathers and correctly low set, good length of neck with great prominent forechest and good lay of shoulder. Super tight feet. Would prefer more rear angulation and her topline was rising on the stack and when moving.
2. Freudenreich’s – Lockolea Circle of Life – Beautiful feminine head with soft calm expression. Super curling low set leathers of good length. Tidy front and very neat feet. Good ribcage and rear angulation, finer boned to my first place. Moved well and handled beautifully.
3. Ingram – Sedonia’s Peaky Blinde
Limit Bitch
1st Danel’s – Switherland Custard Cream for Bazbourne – Beautiful red blanket with feminine head, again lovely soft curling low set leathers, good length of neck and prominent forechest, good lay back of shoulders. Good spring of ribcage and length of loin, a bit straight in upper thigh, would prefer a little more rear angulation as topline not always holding level on the stack and move.
Open Bitch
1st1. Pearson’s – Ch Armardio Im on Fire JW – BB/BIS – Beautiful substantial red and white with lovely soft expression. Super dark eye, low set long leathers. Lovely strong neck and prominent forechest with knuckled feet, good lay of shoulder and great well sprung ribcage. Level topline on the stack and she moved with drive.
2. Archer’s – Armardio Chicago Fire in Roamanbay –
RBB/RBIS – A beautiful smaller framed black blanket bitch. A lot to like, lovely dark eye with soft melting expression, low set soft curling leathers good length of neck into good shoulder placement and forechest. Lovely ribcage of good length. Muscled hindquarters but would prefer a little more rear angulation as her rear can rise on the stack but held a level topline on the move
Veteran Bitch
1. Pearson’s – Gb Ch Roamanbay Russia with Love to Armardio JW – RBVIB – What a lovely veteran. So much to like. Feminine head and expression, fabulous curling soft leathers, nice bunched feet, good shoulders and well sprung ribcage with good length of body, moved well holding her topline. Lovely muscle for an oldie.
2. Archers’s-Cuba Havana Club Vejas Glouosniuose at Roamanbay (imp Ltu) – Just lovely, substantial black blanket who is aging gracefully. Low set long curling leathers, prominent forechest, good shoulder placement and well sprung ribs and good length of body. Lovely and balanced and enjoyed her day.
